AISongCritique provides tools to upload audio/video and receive automated feedback. The feedback is informational and may not be accurate or suitable for every genre or production style.

2. Your content

• You retain ownership of your uploads.
• You confirm you have the rights to upload the content you submit (audio, video, artwork, lyrics, etc.).
• You grant us permission to store and process your content to provide the service.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have rights to.
• Do not attempt to abuse, attack, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the platform to harass others or violate privacy.

4. Accounts, credits, membership

If your account uses credits or membership access, you are responsible for activity performed under your account. Availability and pricing may change over time.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for production decisions you make based on automated feedback.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten platform integrity. You can stop using the service at any time.
